The AS3046 is a matched transistor array. It contains five matched transistors, with two connected as a differential pair. This is Alfa’s new-production clone of the venerable CA3046, which is now pretty hard to find and getting expensive. It’s the ideal chip for building Moog ladder filters. One example is the Frequency Central Raging Bull, which is based on the Moog Taurus Mk1. You can find the Raging Bull filter schematics here.
