We’re currently struggling to adjust to changes to international customs. Since 1st January 2021, we’re required to submit order details in electronic format. The online system by the Post Office that is provided to do this does not integrate with our online shop’s database, which has left us having to enter a huge amount of details manually, and given us a backlog of international orders we haven’t been able to ship yet.
As you can imagine, we’re working flat-out to try and find a work-around for this problem and to get the two systems talking to each other.
Rather than keep taking orders in the meantime, knowing that we currently don’t know exactly when we will be able to ship them, we’ve temporarily suspended all non-EU orders until we get this fixed. Our sincere apologies to all our non-EU customers for this lack of service, and please be reassured that we’ll be back as soon as we can! Please check back in a few days!
