Description
A PCB for the Flangelicious flanger project. This PCB is designed to fit into a Hammond 1590BB enclosure in landscape format.
You might prefer to buy the PCB complete with the FLANGE clock chip and delay of your choice, and you can get a set of PCB mounting pots for a simple, reliable construction.
The PCB is FR4 fibreglass for strength, with plated through-holes and green soldermask and white screen print on both sides. The PCB layout can accept film capacitors with either 5mm/0.2″ or 7.5mm/0.3″ lead spacing, so you’re not limited in your choice of capacitors. Similarly, the PCB layout for the two trimmers can accept a variety of styles to make component selection as easy as possible.

This thing has been great up through the power test – I had the 7805 backwards! Due to my limitations, I pulled out the through hole plating trying to remove it. Put it the correct way but no power on the bbd &flange chips, the tl072 reduced to ~6v. Anyway for me to replace the holes, or must o get a new PCB. (The latter is my assumption).
Still, aside from my mistake, this is a great product Tom!
