We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. During the week, this is usually on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so the same day or the next day. We don’t ship orders at the weekend (the post office is closed!), so orders made later on a Friday will usually ship on Monday. If there is likely to be a delay of more than a few days (because we went on holiday, or because we’re waiting for back-ordered items, for example) we’ll always inform you via email.
Smaller orders can be sent by standard international mail or by a tracked service if you wish. We’ve had very few problems with standard international mail, and it allows us to offer a low cost shipping method, but if you’d prefer tracked shipping that’s available for most destinations. Larger orders are always sent using a tracked service, so that we know that they’ve arrived safely.
Please note that orders are shipped from the top secret Electric Druid research lab, hidden in the hills of southern Portugal.
